Wellbeing Studio

Offering yoga, Pilates, meditation and breathwork sessions to patients, carers and staff

We are collaborating with experienced teacher Sophie Ng to offer these sessions. These sessions can be adapted to individuals’ needs and there is a good evidence base for the benefits of these sessions for managing neurological conditions.

  • Strengthening muscles in the lower and upper body
  • Improving balance
  • Maintaining fine motor movement in the extremities
  • Increasing energy, alertness and focus
  • Improving sleep
  • Managing stress, anxiety and lifting mood

Renting out the space
