Our busy and well-regarded clinic is looking for a reliable and dedicated part-time administrator to handle client-facing duties as well as general office management tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, and a positive attitude.

Please check out the vacancies page for more information and how to apply.

We just wanted to inform you that our voicemail service is currently out of action and we are working with our telephone provider to get it fixed. In the meantime you can still call the clinic, but if you do not get through and want to leave a message, please email: reception@neurologicalphysiotherapy.co.uk

Thank you for your patience.

We are writing to inform all our Stockport resident NHS patients that have been treated by us under the Community Neuro Rehab Service (CNRS), that we will no longer be contracted to provide this service from April 2023.

For anyone receiving a current course of therapy, your treatment will not be affected and you will continue to receive your physiotherapy at Neurological Physiotherapy. For future treatment needs you will still be able to seek treatment through CNRS, which will be delivered by Stockport Foundation Trust and can be accessed via referral by your GP or specialist nurse.

We have been proud to deliver an NHS service to Stockport residents over the past 20 years and please know that services at our clinic will still be available in a independent capacity.  To discuss this further please contact us on 0161 491 4151 or email reception@neurologicalphysiotherapy.co.uk.

We will be closed on Monday 19th September for Queen Elizabeth’s funeral. If you had a planned appointment for this day and have not already been contacted by us, please ring the clinic on 0161 491 4151 to rearrange your appointment. Thank you.

Rob Burrows, the former Leeds and Great Britain Rugby player, has become
a leading light in the campaign to raise awareness of Motor Neuron Disease (MND), having been
diagnosed in December 2019. MND is a condition that is very close to
NPs heart and we have supported Rob’s campaigning and fundraising efforts over the past few years.

We would like to raise awareness of the lack of funding into research for MND, following a recent article Rob has released.
To read more about it please follow the below link:

We politely ask that all our patients continue to wear a face covering when attending an appointment at our clinic. This is in line with newly published guidance from NHS England, that face coverings are to remain mandatory in all healthcare settings. We thank you for your cooperation and supporting us to keep our vulnerable patients and staff safe.

We will be doing our yearly fundraiser for Crisis this Christmas, raising money for supporting homeless people through the festive period, but also finding long term solutions to the issues which have made them homeless. We are always overwhelmed by the generosity of our patients and ask that instead of buying us sweet treats, you instead make a donation. The donation box can be found at reception. Thank you very much.

Everyone at NP wants to congratulate Kevin Sinfield, a former Leeds Rhinos rugby league player on his incredible achievement.  He has raised over £1,000,000 for the MND Association and Leeds Hospital Charity, that will be put towards a new care facility. The facility will be named after his former team mate Rob Burrow, who was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease in 2019.

We apologise but our phone line is down whilst we swap provider. If you need to contact the clinic in the mean time please use our contact page on the website or email us at reception@neurologicalphysiotherapy.co.uk. Sorry for any inconvenience. Neurological Physiotherapy

We are looking for a newly qualified physiotherapist to join our team full time, working across our inpatient, clinic and community settings. For more information and to apply, please check out the vacancies page under ‘Team’.
