Exercise Classes OnLine

Neurological Physiotherapy are delighted to be able to offer a full range of exercise classes online.

All of our instructors are clinic based with in-depth experience in physical fitness and rehabilitation. Our lead physical training instructor is also a senior physiotherapist who can support and guide you throughout the sessions providing specific advice to ensure the risk of injury is reduced in all classes and to allow efficient training sessions to take place for those overcoming injuries.
